Dear Me, I know that I am in love with you. Today, you finally started to take your health to the next level. You finally managed to complete a 36 hour fast and that too without even eating anything at all except for water. I am so proud of you. I know that you thought of cheating but your will power was so great that didn’t let it take over your urges but please don’t CONDENSED MILK after your butter eat some fruits and wait for a while before eating anything like Gajar ka Halua or anything else because that way you will reach your goal much faster....
